Fitness Goals

-Exercise 3 times a week

-Complete the Couch to 5K program

-Run a mile straight (I can!)

-Jog a 5K (Almost the whole thing!)

-Jog a 10K

-Complete a Half-Marathon

-One day run a Marathon


Lifestyle Goals

-To be able to shop in the Non-Plus-Size section of a store

-Wrap a bath towel all the way around me

-Ride a Bike

-Ride a Roller Coaster

-Ride a Horse

-Feel comfortable being in a photo instead of always behind the camera

-Feel confident enough to start dating again
